What is SMPRODS?
Southern Moonrise Productions, aka SMPRODS, is a D.I.Y. grind & noise record label located in southern USA.
What kind of music does SMPRODS release?
Anything along the lines of grind, metal or noise. Grindcore, mincecore, noisegrind/noisecore, goregrind, pornogrind, gorenoise, pornonoise, deathgrind, harsh noise, crust, death metal, black metal, etc...
What format does SMPRODS release in?
This label's releases are done on CDRs. The music is burned on the disc, then the front and back cover art is printed out and placed in a transparent sleeve with the disc between the artwork, on the blank sides of the paper so that the front cover art is seen from the front, the back art is seen from the back, and the disc is inside, between the covers. This way proves to look best and hold a resemblance to pro CDs, but stays cheap and DIY.
What are the prices?
All CDs are $1 each.
Do you have any special deals?
For labels/distros looking for wholesale, they can contact SMPRODS via the contact page for cheaper methods. Also, during some occasions, there will be special deals for everyone.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I'll accept PayPal, hidden cash (at your own risk), checks, money orders, and a few other things. If that wasn't helpful enough, you can send me an email via the contact page and ask me about payment options.
Where is my order?
If you've already made an order, then it's most likely already been sent, if not it should be shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped.
